Halo Admit Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Halo Admit (the "Service"), a tool that lets you connect your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account and schedule and publish your own video content to it. By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service lets an account owner authorize access to their own TikTok account and then upload, schedule, and publish video content to that account, or send it to the account's inbox as a draft. The Service acts only on your instruction and only on accounts you personally connect and authorize.
2. Your account and authorization
You must connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and for all activity conducted through your connected account. You may disconnect your account at any time.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you create, configure, and publish through the Service, including its caption, privacy setting, and interaction settings. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree that you are responsible for:
- Complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable TikTok policies for everything you publish.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing copyright, publicity, privacy, and advertising disclosures.
- Reviewing and approving each post before it is published through the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines.
- Post to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage, or attempt to access another user's data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, TikTok's APIs, or related systems.
- Use the Service to send spam, artificially inflate engagement, or otherwise abuse the TikTok platform.
5. TikTok platform
The Service relies on TikTok's official APIs, which are provided by TikTok and may change or become unavailable at any time. Halo Admit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies, and TikTok may suspend or remove content or access independently of us.
6. YouTube, Google, and Instagram platforms
When you connect a YouTube channel, the Service uses YouTube API Services. By using that feature you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that Halo Admit's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. When you connect an Instagram account, the Service uses Instagram's official Graph API and your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's terms. Halo Admit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Meta, and each platform may change, suspend, or remove content or access independently of us.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will be successfully delivered to or accepted by TikTok.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Admit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halo Admit and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the content you publish through the Service or your violation of these Terms or of TikTok's policies.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Contact
